I read other reviews that said the different color suits were different sizes, so I bought 2 smalls (1 blue and 1 gray) just to be safe. Both fit my 3.7 lb kitten well and are about the same size and length. The biggest differences are that the blue suit has a little drawstring so you can tighten it at the neck, and it has a Velcro closure at the back. The grey suit has a smaller neck opening but no drawstring, and it has 4 snaps on the back. I will say, if your cat is currently wearing a cone, but one of these now. It is like night and day in terms of happiness and comfort. If I could ask for one change, it would be to provide overnight shipping. This little onesie was a lifesaver for my Gypsy! She started with a cone provided by the veterinarian after she was spayed. She was so uncomfortable and disoriented wearing it. I ordered the surgical onesie that night and had it in 2 days. I put it on Gypsy and she wore it for 2 weeks. I praised her making her feel special and she pranced around like a princess. The onesie is very light weight with an adjustable neck opening. Gypsy didn't mind it at all. She ran around jumping and playing like normal. It stayed perfectly clean when she used her litter box.
