My 20 week old 4.5lb kitten got spayed this week. She got out of it the first night, got stuck on some velcro, but was fine for the rest of the week. At first I was kinda disappointed because it was saggy in the back for my 12 week old kitten Nova (2.5 lbs) , so the sides of the onesie would get soaked in pee and the litter would stick. She had gotten out of her spay surgery and would not stop playing around and trying to lick the wound. However, after washing and drying it, it is smaller now and fits her better. (As seen in the video) and although she hated getting it on, she didn’t mind it on after a while and got used to it fairly quickly. It fits pretty well (L on an 11 lbs cat) but tends to ride backwards a bit as she moves, which will maybe be a problem when she finally tries to use the bathroom in it. She absolutely hates it but is getting used to having the suit on, and it protects her belly completely. The velcro is strong and it definitely stays on well, but some of the seams around the edges of the leg holes have started to come loose after 2 full days of wear.
