According to the production process of the fabric, the elasticity of each fabric is different, so the size is slightly different. Because of the Devon Rex, the Cornish Rex cats have very short hair, while the Sphinx hairless cats are completely hairless. These cats are very afraid of the cold and need to wear clothes all year round. The fabrics selected for cat clothes in our shop are almost all cotton, which is soft and comfortable inside, does not rub the skin, does not fade, is washable, and does not change shape.
When purchasing materials, we have carefully screened and compared them. This is a sweet little shirt for a smaller or medium sized cat. The stretch is great and the design makes sense. However, our cat is part Maine Coon and weighs around 18 pounds. After surgery, our vet put a medium on our cat but it was much too small and we were forced to modify it to make it work for awhile. We then ordered the size L which is the largest offered. It is still too small. There is no way it could fit the back legs and we had to cut the cord around the neck. A 2X would probably work if it was available. The one I got was a bit different from the picture, there’s a drawstring that could be adjusted to the neck. I used the drawstring to make sure my cat can’t escape from it after her surgery. However, the drawstring got loose on itself and my cat took off the suit, and licked her wound. I totally panicked when I saw that on my home camera, and rushed to home but it was too late, she already licked it for a while. And then the wound get infected, I had to take her to the vet again.Thankfully the wound healed eventually.If you buy this and you are using the drawstring, please make a tie to make sure your cat can’t escape from it!★★★★★★★★★By grace
I loved the material of this suit. it was super soft and fairly easy to put on. I had to buy this for my cat who had a mass removed from her neck area and its been soft enough to not bother her sutures. Unfortunately, she couldn't figure out how to walk in this thing, so I cut the bottom half off and she wears it as a shirt now. The snaps are great, way better than Velcro. She tends to sit like a bunny, so when she tucks her legs in, she gets stuck and can't walk. Not a great fit for my cat - but if your cat is normal...grab it. Its cheap enough and super soft. I bought a large for my 10.5lb cat. This would work great for a kitten that got fixed - but my girl is 13 and stuck in her ways.
