I ordered this for my kitten after her spay. She was not doing well with the cone so this was a great help. I ordered a medium after measuring her a few times. The length is good for her but not around the chest. I used a few safety pins to tighten it up. And it fits great! After some dramatic flopping after first getting it on she’s moving normally. The only thing I wish was different was the Velcro. It’s a big rectangle and in one spot. I wonder if a longer piece with more ability to adjust would help the fit? My kitten was spayed and was not doing well with the cone. Very disoriented, couldn't get to her food, just plain miserable. This came just in time.
