Ordered this for my Calico cat for her spay surgery. I measured her to be sure of the size. When it arrived I needed to put it in her but it about choked her. It wasn’t long enough from neck to rear. We bought this for a 7mo kitten who had gotten fixed as an alternative to the cone-of-shame (we bought a medium). It kept her away from her stitches and she seemed very comfortable-- she was a little restricted in her overall movement but generally she could still run/jump/etc. No issues with her getting any waste on it when going. We noticed she was also a lot calmer and generally more cuddly when wearing the pajamas even after being all healed up. My cat I bought this for has skin issues his entire life. (12yrs) So every winter he needs to wear an outfit to help prevent over licking. I thought this was cute &easy but NO! WORST CAT SHIRT EVER! Had it on for barely 2 days... Houdini out 2 times. Its been ripped in multiple places (no idea how but scary to think he got really caught somewhere too &could've died bc it is too stretchy.) Its rubbed off more fur on his chest than saved. He's an 11lb American shorthair &it fit him around wise but length wise, had to keep pulling it up.
